The self-catering Garden Flat is available for Holiday Lets or Holiday Rentals and ideal for those wanting to stay in a period property.
The Holiday Accommodation is compact but comprises 1 double bedroom and 1 twin room, which will sleep up to 2 adults. There’s a small kitchen are cum sitting / dining room along with a good sized bathroom with a powerful shower over a bath.
The Garden Flat has a private entrance, and access to the private Templelands Walled Garden at the rear. Guests only permitted.
The kitchen is well-equipped with hob and oven, dishwasher and washer-drier (but we prefer to use the old-fashioned line for sea-fresh clothes).
The TV has an internet connection, and there is a DVD player and there’s a smattering of old DVDs and books.
Feather duvets and pillows, sheets (100% linen) and towels are normally included.
Templelands is a 200 year old period property one of a pair of townhouses, built in the late Georgian style, with thick and substantial walls and shutters. The elegant frontage of the property gives way to the rustic rubble wall of the Garden Flat.
The flat was formerly the kitchens for the house.
The garden overlooks the sea some 100 yards away and receives the sun from early morning to early evening.
Our aim is to make your stay as pleasant as possible, but also a little bit different from typical holiday lets.
Guests staying over 5 days will get a welcome basket with local and seasonal produce – as far as possible – and freshly cut flowers, from our garden and beyond.
We can be flexible about changeover days out of season and if you have a particular requirement, please so do not hesitate to ask.
Prices vary according to season and school holidays: Self catering, starts at £450/week off season to £650/week at peak times, but more if you book through our agents though.
Short stays are more expensive as are lets which span over a weekend.
